Movies's story

I love watching movies.
Just this week, I watched around eight of them.
Because movie tells us a short story on
the people, places and values behind it.
Something to look forward:
And in my story my life..
How should I put it...
Everyone has their own fear,
their own secret and story to tell.
There's pain behind every smile....

Two-Zero-One-Three

The brand new year has arrived.
2012 was eventful with all
the ups and downs.
I have seen and tried out many things;
be it in ice-breaking camps or expedition.

I recalled my 2012 resolution; to be a better person.
I am not sure if I done it right,
and many a times, I asked myself how.
I have been willing to lend my ears,
spent time together, gave generous
treat and reflected my temper.
Moving on to 2013, my resolution
this year will to be at my best.
I have many plans for this year,
one of it is to go for driving license.
Others include to travel for at least
one short trips, and my one month NS.

Having said, whats yours ?
Let the mystery in our life that lies ahead
be a smooth sailing one...
I hereby wish everyone a Happy New Year.

Last Xmas

Pardon my laziness and letting my blog rot.
I am now going to make it up and back
for all my post from where I drop off at.

I celebrated xmas on the eve when I
touched down to Singapore.
I really missed a lot of things here
and had a feast at 313 Brotzeit Geraman
Bier Bar & Restaurant, drinking at Alley Bar
and dessert at Arteastiq@Mandiarn Gallery.

On the xmas day itself, it's more of family,
recovery,and getting back to momentum.
And guess what I bought for xmas; nothing.
Everything I wanted to buy was expensive
but I am doing new year shopping over the next few days instead.
Nothing much in particular to blog but
there are still plenty of things
I need to do, I want to do,
friends to meet and places
like club to go....

Oversea Community Service Project

On 8-24 Dec I embarked on my OCSP with my SMU's peers to China, Guangdong (Dabu). I rushed to pack everything as my exam on the 5th and have to reach the airport by 3am on the 8th..

It was my first volunteering program.
We went over to conduct English workshops
for children as well as to share our cultures.
A short get-away which is our R&R at
Shen Zhen on the 22 Dec.
The climate is dry and cold but thankfully
it can be comfortably warm on certain days.
The food is oily and salty but I do like
some of the home-cooked dishes.
The kids are mischievous but adorable.
I appreciated the hospitality by them
and it turned out better than I thought.
In this trip, we stayed away from most technology and communication.
I didnt have internet over there, totally no access
to facebook and limited mobile communication.
Recharged at the same time to improve
myself and further shaped my character.

    Me

    My heart is solely.
    I am waiting,
    for my truly.
